About the booking process:

  • Phone scheduling is preferred for new clients.  319-430-9700
  • Online scheduling is available 24/7 through the Vagaro software system, which can be accessed from this page, FaceBook, Instagram, Google, Yelp and Vagro.com.
  • After you select a request for services, you will receive an email and/or text message when the booking is accepted or denied (example images are displayed below). A reminder email and/or text will be sent 36 hours in advance, as well 3 hours prior to your appointment.
  • If you do not receive notice that your request was accepted, it's possible your appointment did not get reserved properly or the email was filtered into your junk folder.
  • Cindy has a limit of 3 skin treatments per day but there is no way to prevent additional bookings in the online system. You will be contacted to select a different date if your appointment exceeds Cindy's limit.
  • If you have any difficulty booking your own appointment, please call Cindy, 319-430-9700
  • If you are booking an appointment for somone else, you should enter that person's name for the service. 
Appointments are generally offered Monday and Wednesday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm;  Tuesday 2 pm to 6:30 pm; Friday 9:30 am to 3 pm; and Saturday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. Renewal is closed on Thursday and Sunday.

In the app store on your device, look for the Vagaro logo. It's free to use. If you ever get locked out of your account, contact Cindy, she can send you temporary login credentials.
