Please take a moment to review the guidelines on what to expect before, during and after your appointment.
Facials and body treatments are private services, so if you bring a guest, they can expect to wait in the waiting area. If you have children who need supervision, you should schedule your appointment when someone else can care for your child.
You are welcome to arrive early and relax in the waiting area where there are beverages and a massage chair.
It is not necessary or suggested that you wash or shave your face prior to coming for a facial service. For a makeup application, however, it will save time if you do cleanse and moisturize prior to arriving.
After any facial or body treatment, it is advisable to drink plenty of water throughout the remainder of the day to help eliminate toxins and stay hydrated.
For waxing services, the hair should be at least 1/4 inch long. Do not exfoliate the area to be waxed within 2 days of your appointment. Users of prescription topical Retinol products must suspend use 2 weeks prior, 3 days if over-the-counter Retinol products are used. Plan to protect waxed areas from UV rays with a sunscreen with a SPF 30 or higher.
Please silence or turn off cell phones upon arrival.
Facials and body treatments can take 60-90 minutes, so dress comfortably and be sure to let the therapist know if you have any health conditions that prevent you from lying on your back that long.
Appointment postponements and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and unexpected, but please give the courtesy of as much notice as possible via phone call or text.
Contact lenses should not be worn during eyelash extension or eyelash tinting services for your safety.
I welcome feedback on my services and products. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve your Renewal experience.
